Terms of Service
The agreement between you and the company that operates Lets GO Talent, covering employer accounts, candidate accounts, adverts and billing.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Lets GO Talent is a job board and hiring platform operated by Nexoraa Limited, company number 16418646, registered in England and Wales, registered office 23 High Street, Blunham, Bedford, England, MK44 3NL, VAT number GB497283146 (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at info@nexoraa.co.uk.
These terms are the agreement between us and anyone who uses the service: employers who post adverts and manage candidates, and applicants who search for roles, apply and maintain a profile. By creating an account, posting an advert or applying for a role you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
The platform lets employers publish job adverts on a public job board, receive applications, and — on plans that include it — run those applicants through a hiring pipeline: shortlisting by AI score, interview scheduling, reference checks, document verification, offer and onboarding, and a full audit trail of who did what and when.
Applicants can search and filter jobs, apply without an account, create an account to keep a structured profile and documents, and track the stages of their applications.
We are a technology platform. We are not the employer, we do not make hiring decisions, and we are not a recruitment agency. The employer is responsible for its vacancies, its selection decisions and its legal obligations as an employer.
3. Accounts
- Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date — we rely on it to run the service and to contact you.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an employer account. Applicants must be old enough to work lawfully in the role they apply for.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or where we are required to by law.
4. Plans, adverts and pricing
Employers can use the service on a free plan or a paid plan, and can buy one-off products in addition to a plan:
- Free: one live advert at a time, with AI screening and application management included.
- Job Board: more live adverts on a monthly subscription, with AI screening, buckets and analytics.
- Job Board + ATS: the job board plus the full hiring pipeline (interviews, references, verification, offer and onboarding).
- Single advert: a one-off purchase that publishes one advert for 30 days. It does not use a plan slot and does not renew.
- Add-ons: boosting an advert, an extra team seat, or an extra verification check.
5. Prices, tax and billing
Prices are shown in the currency of the market your organisation belongs to, and exclude indirect tax (VAT, GST or equivalent) unless the checkout says otherwise. Tax is added at checkout at the rate that applies to your market and is shown on your receipt.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). They renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
One-off purchases (a single advert, a boost, an extra seat or verification check) are charged immediately.
If a payment fails we may suspend the services it pays for until it is settled. We may change our prices, and will give existing subscribers notice before a change affects them.
6. Your content and your responsibilities
You keep ownership of everything you upload — advert copy, your company profile, CVs, certificates and other documents. You give us a licence to store, process, transmit and display that content strictly to run the service for you (for example, showing an advert on the public board or a CV to the employer you applied to).
Employers must ensure their adverts are lawful, non-discriminatory and accurate, and must comply with the employment law that applies to them — including the Equality Act 2010 in the UK, right-to-work checks, and any licensing requirements for the role.
You must not upload anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights; you must not attempt to access data that is not yours, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
7. AI-assisted features
The service uses large language models to draft job descriptions, read CVs into a structured profile, score applicants against a role and summarise strengths and gaps. These outputs are decision **support**, not decisions: they can be incomplete or wrong, and the employer must review them and remains responsible for every hiring decision.
We do not use your data to train our own models, and we do not use candidate data for advertising. Data sent to an AI provider for processing is limited to what the feature needs and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability, changes and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or retire features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
Support is available at info@nexoraa.co.uk.
9. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Because the service is free for applicants, our liability to an applicant is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or applicants, for the accuracy of adverts, or for decisions either side makes.
10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time, and cancel a subscription as described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we must by law, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for but not used.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers keep the protections and the right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
This document is a commercial draft describing how the platform operates and should be reviewed by the operating company's own legal adviser before launch.
